Founded in 1986, Radcliff Group Inc. has a long track record of in investing
in businesses that redefine their industries. Most notably it acquired an interest in
Interpool, Inc., an international container leasor, and assisted management in building
the enterprise into one of the preeminent container and chassis leasing companies in the
world. Since 2007, Radcliff Group has actively sought new private equity opportunities.
Warren L. Serenbetz, Jr. is currently Chief Executive Officer and President of Radcliff
Group, Inc. He served as a member of Interpool's Board of Directors from December 2004
until its sale in 2007. Previously he was a Vice President of Marketing at Pechiney
Plastic Packaging, Inc., a multinational consumer packaging business, and Managing
Director - Marketing of American Can Company. Mr. Serenbetz holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Josh Mailman is a prolific seed investor focused on early-stage ventures that strive for a more just and
sustainable world. In 1998 the Mailman Family committed $32 million to endow the Mailman School of Public
Health at Columbia University.
He is a founder of the Social Venture Network (www.svn.org), Business for Social Responsibility and Threshold Foundation.
He is a founding investor in Stonyfield Farms, Grameen Phone, Leapfrog, Bracnet, Napo Pharmaceuticals, Seventh
Generation, Utne Magazine, Stirling Energy Systems, Global Telesystems, Wayfinder Systems, A.B., Econergy
International, the Fund for Global Human Rights, the Sigrid Rausing Trust, U.K., the Joshua Mailman Foundation,
and an advisor to the Pema Fund.
He serves on numerous boards: Human Rights Watch, the Fund for Global Human Rights, Blacksmith Institute,
Afropop Worldwide, Environmental Defenders Law Center, Witness, Pride Diamonds, and Bioresources International.
He is also the managing director of Serious Change LP, a pool of capital dedicated to adding strategic capital

Carlos H. Fernandez Mazzi
Carlos H. Fernandez Mazzi led a group of investors behind the seed
capital for launching People Capital. He is currently CEO of the
Clinton Foundation's Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative
CGSGI, which strives to increase the scope, scale, impact, and
sustainability of social and economic development efforts.
Mr. Fernandez Mazzi 's career spans over 20 years, highlighted by his
leadership as CEO of the Bolivian subsidiary of APEX Silver Mines
where he led the strategy, financing and development of the San
Cristobal mine. In addition to its $1.0 Bn investment, this project
gained international recognition for sustainable, non-charitable
solutions while building social capital and economic development
through social entrepreneurship initiatives.
Mr. Fernandez Mazzi holds an MBA with Honors from the University of
Notre Dame, a BS in Engineering with High Honors from the University
of Arkansas, and an SEP from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
He has held numerous leadership positions and board memberships
including President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bolivia,
the Business Council for Sustainable Development and the Private
University of Bolivia UPB. In 1994 he was appointed as Honorary Consul
for Australia in Bolivia and was also invited as a member of the Latin
American Business Council, CEAL.
